SKINCARE 

When will I get my skincare products delivered?

All skincare products are shipped from Tristam's headquarters in the USA and will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Are the sunscreen original?

Yes, we source our sunscreen from a certified dealer in Korea. It is shipped to the USA and then sent to you from our warehouse in USA.

HOODIES & GRAPHIC TEE 

How do I care for my hoodies and tee's?

Care Instructions: Machine wash at 30°C (gentle cycle); do not bleach; tumble dry low; iron at low temperature, avoiding prints; do not dry clean.

DELIVERY

We offer free delivery for purchases over $75.

We offer free delivery for orders over $75 within a single product category. Please note that to qualify, your order must total $75 or more within the same category (e.g., hoodies & tees, hats & beenies, or skincare). Since our warehouses are located in different locations, we are unable to combine orders from different categories to meet the minimum requirement.

When will I get my skincare delivered?

All skincare products are shipped from Tristam's warehouse, located in the USA, and orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

When will I get my hoodie and tee's delivered?

Please allow 13-21 days for order fulfillment. Each item is printed on demand, so shipping may take some time. Thank you for your patience.

When will I get my hats or beanies?

Please allow 7-12 business days for your hat or beanie to be delivered.

CUSTOMS

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. Customs policies vary widely for every country so
please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your
purchases.

RETURNS

We offer returns and exchanges for defective and/or damaged items. If there’s something wrong with your order, please let
us know by contacting us at tristamboardshop@gmail.com


Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
